SHIPPING POLICY

We ship to all countries within EU.

Your order will be carefully prepared and dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 days. The arrival time may vary depending on the carrier's situation. If you reside in the Iberian Peninsula, the order typically arrives within 1-2 working days after dispatch. For residents of European Union countries other than Spain (peninsular) or Portugal, the order may take up to 5 working days to arrive after dispatch.

RETURN POLICY

If you receive the wrong product or a product in poor condition, please contact us using the contact form or by sending an email to info@ecofiltroeurope.com. Upon verification of the product's condition through photos, Ecofiltro Europe will arrange for the return at our expense sending the replaceble part.

If the product is not as expected and you wish to return it, please contact us to explain the reason for the return. You will have 14 days from the date of receipt to send the product back to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will not accept returns if the bag in which the filtering unit is enveloped unit has been opened and the filter unit has been used.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was received. We cannot accept returns for used, broken, or unpackaged products.

You have a maximum of 14 days from the day you received the product to initiate a return.

Yes, you can return a part of your order as long as the product (or part) you are returning is in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

Refunds are only accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or an issue with the product itself. Once the filtering unit has been opened, it cannot be refunded due to hygienic reasons and cannot be reused.

Refunds for your order will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

While we understand that taste preferences can vary, we're unable to accept returns based solely on the subjective taste of the water.
